I have been coming here for years and l came in this week and had a new hairdresser color and trim my hair. I needed corrective coloring to acquire the actual color l desired, so after she was done my hair was darker than I had expected. She said just come back and we will add more highlights to it and get it to where you want it to be. Two days later I came back and Judy ( the owner aka Hair Doctor) finished my hair. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: After I called and said I was not happy with service, they returned my call and was very nice about the situation. They offered me a refund, but I ended up just taking a credit, to give them another try. Excellent customer service. I went there for the first time and I said I didn’t not want my hair cut too short. That I wanted fullness in the back, to not cut my hair close to head.
