Judi was by far the best landlord I have ever had! She was courteous and kind. She made sure I was taken care of and safe when the entire city was out of power. Currently I rent one of Judi Hadley’s homes and have lived here nine years. Previously she sold two of my homes and I purchased one from her. When she sold my first home in 2002, she immediately impressed me with her honesty and fairness. Selling my second home in 2015, she again showed fairness, professionalism and concern for my needs. As a landlord she is responsive and responsible. I highly recommend her both as an agent and landlord.

I wish I could give zero stars honestly. Even in my years of serving, I have NEVER talked to a nastier and more condescending person in my entire life. I was interested in a home that she had listed on her website, that said it would be available this next year. My realtor called her to get more information and after she barely could get a sentence out she started cutting her off, “NO NO NO NOT AVAILABLE” and then hung up. Asked to view one of her homes and was asked to prefill a 6 page application and text her a photo of my drivers license. I felt uncomfortable sending a phone number I found online my personal information, so I responded with saying I'd prefer to show my license in-person. She responded with saying she won't show the house then. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
