Asked to view one of her homes and was asked to prefill a 6 page application and text her a photo of my drivers license. I felt uncomfortable sending a phone number I found online my personal information, so I responded with saying I'd prefer to show my license in-person. She responded with saying she won't show the house then. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

Terrible person. This Cogger does very little to maintain her properties for rent and has no respect for anyone. Judi has a high turnover of lessees and will not maintain your place, only wants the check.

The house was beautiful and used for two college girls. The return of the deposit was awful. We left the property in more than satisfactory clean condition. When she said the light fixtures and blinds weren’t clean, in addition to the tub and stove, give me a break. Charged 120.00 to clean a 1000 sq ft clean house. Charged 40.00 to put up a closet door. Stay away!!! Took all of the 30 days to get whatever was left of the deposit. Would not rent from her again.

Beautiful houses. Mostly attentive landlord. However after moving out at the end of our lease, the experience was nothing short of infuriating. Nickled and dimed after cleaning the house extensively. Received half deposit, 2 months after moving out. Be aware Normanites!
