Judge took a security deposit from my Daughter and her proposed room mate for an apartment in Ocean Beach. They ended up not moving into the apartment due to some issues. Judge verbally cancelled the rental agreement and was supposed to return the deposit to the young ladies. This was supposed to happen in Sept. 2013 and to this date Nov. 2013 they have yet to see any return of their security deposit.
