Beware if you are a renter in a property managed by Judge Reality. In less than a year renting a property managed by Judge, we first had a broken hot water heater for the entire month of February. The maintenance manager Michael never gave us any updates or refunded any rent money after a entire winter month without hot water. Less than 6 months later in July, we lost electricity in the unit. Alexis is a stellar recent addition to this team and has completely changed my opinions on property management companies. She has been communicative and responsive to any concerns that I have had as a renter, and has facilitated quick resolutions to issues. (Including communicating questions & answers with the actual property owner.) I can confidently recommend this company as a renter with this kind of staffing on board.
Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this management company. We have been tenants for almost two years. We went the entire month of July without air conditioning in our house. We were given window units after a week of reaching out, but the maintenance manager, Michael, was both unhelpful and unresponsive.
