Haven’t been living in the home a full 2 months and had to call maintenance several times. Make sure you do a FULL DETAILED inspection before moving in! I travel a lot and was not able to fully do one because I was rushing. Asked maintenance about an infestation in the refrigerator (Said it’s a tenants problem when asked for a new one.) Asked for a deep cleaning before moving in (Which normally comes with a move in) did not do it. Asked it debris in the yard could be removed before move in DID NOT DO. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. This agency has been the worst experience we have ever had renting an apartment… To sum up all the chaos, we received our “move out form” on November 4th, in the inspection they put things like cracks in the walls, the cracks in the walls were already there before we moved in. Two months have passed, and I never received an email or any contact from them to inform me about the deposit. I decided to write to them via text message, and all I got was a response saying they were going to keep the deposit. They are claiming damages that were already present in the apartment, such as cracked walls and moisture caused by the rain and poor construction work. Do they think I can control the weather?
