Completely unresponsive. Followed up via phone calls on a request for service 3 times over the space of like 3 weeks. Everytime I called, "oh no problem will call you back" never once called back when promised. Completely ghosted me at every opportunity. Clearly not in the business of taking money from potential customers. A joke.
Shout out. Apprecaite the friendliness and professionalism. Jeff was careful, and warm and did a few of the little things that really make a difference. High quality work. Highly recommended.
I won’t name the guy who was rude to us publicly because that’s wrong, but the guy from this company was not only rude and broke the contract with us, he also tried to publicly insult us on Google. The review was removed by Google, but I had to say something. What he did was unfair.
Huge thanks to Tony for coming out and helping me with my kitchen sink this week. It was experiencing a blockage that came out of nowhere and Tony was prompt, quick and also educated me on what might have caused it. Not to mention he's a fellow Brit! Thanks again.
