Avoid at all cost!!! I went this place based on a recommendation. All I recieved was rudeness and unwillness to be helped by the showroom staff. However they have time for smoke brakes in the back of the showroom!!!! So I emailed the owner and he did respond to me with a promise to show me what great service they do provide. Guess what, I am still waiting. Don't waste your time with this company.
The BEST job imaginable, and beyond! Thrilled!!!! I was new to the area and needed to remodel my kitchen. So I stopped by their showroom and I was amazed. They have a really beautiful showroom with great selection. The staff inform me that they also do the work in house start to finish with no subcontracting and the estimate was FREE! I found the pricing to be what I expected. Avoid Like The Plague This company worked on our bathroom. Their craftsmanship was horrible. They took three times the amount of time they said it would take. Calls went unreturned. We were lied to many times, right to our faces. There are much better and more honest contractors out there. Please, whatever you do, do not use this company.
Wonderful I used Jud Tile to remodel my kitchen in Vienna, VA. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Their bid was competitive to the others I had gotten, but the attention to detail was much greater. All of the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful through each step of the process. Their showroom far exceeded my expectations and made picking out my tile, plumbing, and cabinetry pain free. Ken F. A pleasant experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jud Tile. I hired Jud Tile to remodel my master bath in Arlington. The design staff was excellent in helping me narrow down my tile, cabinet and countertop selection in my arts & crafts style. Their installation was clean with excellent craftmanship and was completed on time and within budget.
Wouldn't recommend I used Jud Tile in 2008 (bathroom redo) & while they were thorough & did a nice job, they didn't reinstall my shower door correctly (it leaks at the bottom); calls went unanswered and voicemail box filled -- not a good sign. I would NOT use them again.
Jud Tile Limited When I was redoing my bathroom I visited this store. I was looking for something different. I didn?t want to purchase the same old boring tile that can be found in virtually any store. I was surprised by the vast selection inside this store. In the end I purchased my tile at another store but I came away impressed by what they had to offer.
Nice Selection They know their tile! A huge selection, in a huge showroom. Staff members are full of knowledge, and are very helpful in making sensible recommendations. Their assistance is needed, because there are so many tile selections, it can become overwhelming. Everyone there is very nice and willing to help. Convenient location and hours of operation.
