Called in an order Early Saturday evening for 2 burgers, onion rings & an order of tots. Picked it up and went home eat and enjoy the evening with my wife. Unpacked the bag & everything was perfect: except my bacon cheeseburger had NO PATTY! Now I know everyone makes mistakes, me included, but how do you close a burger to package it with NO HAMBURGER PATTY?!? Check your orders people!

I don't appreciate the general manager of this particular Juicy's on 2701 N Eastman Road in Longview, Texas disrespecting me by calling me boy or mam every time I come in there as a Waitr driver to pick up orders for customers to deliver to them. Over the past several times I've been to that restaurant to pick up orders, everytime the general manager was there, he would disrespect me by calling me boy or mam and I would have to tell him that he needs to refer to me as sir just like he do customers.
