Recently purchased a new Rv. trailer with these folks. Unfortunately had issues with my water heater, how ever Brett at "services" and his team has been impressively helpful in helping fixing / replacing the issue. Organizing services on site (kelowna) etc. Very thankful on how they kept contact, shared some updates throughout the process. however, unit has been swamped and still is triggering a fault. wonder whats going to happen next
I have been to Jubilee several times for parts and help, I have had the Pleasure to deal with Brett Saunders and he has always been good to deal with . Today he went above and beyond and i am so grateful. As of today they are the only RV dealer i will deal with . Thank you Brett.
