Had my trailer in a few weeks back to repair a leaking sink in the bathroom went camping this past weekend and now it's worse tried to call service but keep getting voicemail is full, when I picked up my rv on the previous repair had no explanation on work done just there is the key and it's park around the back worst service received so far
Starts of good with service, Steve was nice and knowledgeable. First finance person seems to have no clue or is trying to oversell and made no heads or tails of what she was talking about. Should have quit the deal then, then 2nd finance person fixed it with knowledge (liked him). Come in for pick up and walk around and it seems no inspection has been done, finding moldy and shredded matress and plywood. Broken wood, ribbed awning...then horrible communication. Jason in the parts department had everything I needed and the prices were great. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff!
We stopped today at Jubilee to get our Motorhome Battery changed. Tom was great and helped us a lot. He is so friendly and has great knowledge. Thanks for bringing us back on the road so fast.
