The service we received at the facility was 5 stars with out a doubt, the preparation leading up to the event was on point every month. Ms. Alicia went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and wants to make the event a success; in which it was. Very memorable moment and event.
The food was disgusting. The staff didn't speak english. I will never attend another event here. I would have rather gone to a drive thru
We had our wedding reception on November 2015 here and the venue was perfect. The staff is very professional. Alicia was great at all times. They are flexible and the venue is exquisite. I would highly recommend Jubilee Ballroom. Their waiters and decorator was also very helpful and professional
My event at Jubilee was a few weeks back. It was my daughter's sweet 16. Alicia the manager was extremely helpful. The place was beautiful but I had another theme and needed to change things around and they were extremely accommodating . The DJ was ok, I've heard better DJ's. The food was good, but a little cold. I just have a event on Jubilee Ballroom on August 8, 20015 and everything was perfect, the food,the service,the decoration,the music,etc It's a very nice venue with a lots of parking and the inside is decorated wonderfully !!!!! I would highly recommend !!!!!!
THEY RUINED THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!! My wedding started over an hour late!!! The place was not decorated on time!!!! Table numbers were on the wrong tables!!! Guest had to move after eating appetizers!!! bartender was hitting on my guests!!! They lost the flutes I brought from my parents wedding (IRREPLACEABLE) THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS!!! THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT!!! DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!
Our mom's 85th birthday party was on August 6, 2015 and we would rate the ballroom as a 5 out of 5! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the dj was on point. From the clean-cut and elegant decor to the pleasant staff, this phenomenal venue really helped our family and friends celebrate this important milestone with our beloved mom. A big thank you to Alicia and her staff who worked professionally the night of the party.
My wedding was on February 1, 2014 and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect night. The waiters were very attentive and were able to find a way to please everyone at my party. The DJ played every type of music that i had asked for. The food and the cake were delicious and the ballroom was decorated just how i like it. Overall, the banquet was very clean and looked like it was taken care of very well. My wedding was perfect and I recommend Jubilee Ballroom to EVERYONE!
Disappointment all the way. Bad food and service. they are so unprofessional and their way of dealing with the customers and the vendors is the worst. Do yourself a favor..., RUN AWAY from them
