Was a nice escape from a previous living situation. Only downside was my crazy lady neighbor who wasn't as bad as the previous but she would always report lies to management after striking up conversations with me and pretending to be friendly. Also the KFC light and noise at night. Thankfully the KFC is gone for the current residents. I would live here but get a top floor unit.
We were told we would get new appliances for our kitchen when we moved in. They didn’t bring us any while they keep furnishing the new available apts with new appliances. Some of my stove tops and and the oven light doesn’t work.
Save yourself a lot of trouble & don’t move here, not only does the management not reply or fix anything. They’re rude about it, I might not be living in a $2000 dollar rent but my rent is over $1000 & I deserve respect & proper maintenance, which is required by the lease. before you move here ask anyone, absolutely ANYONE who lives here how they get treated here.
