RecommendedAbsolutely fell in love with this diner after a recommendation from my son. As a diner with many food restrictions, I do not eat out at restaurants. I was able to eat here without any difficulty. Gluten Free & Vegan Options. The GF rolls are the best I have ever tasted. Dairy Free Cheese and Beyond Meat Burgers. Specialty Teas. Congrats Jubelt's!!! Thank you for uplifting my life during my visit. We look forward to eating here again very soon.
The staff is super friendly, and the food is always delicious. They’re always more than willing to correct any mistakes. I appreciate their hard work and wonderful service, which they’ve stuck to despite the pandemic. Thank you, ladies! ❤️

Just went in to the restaurant and sat for ten minutes or so... no one even acknowledged us. No one ever came to table, left and went somewhere else.

Tammy- we do not have table service now & we are also shorthanded. We are having people order at the counter. Sorry! We try to catch people and let them know, but we have not had table service since the pandemic started. We were especially shorthanded yesterday- two people had called off.
Was there this AM ordered western omelette which was greasy and they charge extra for salas, the hash browns were cold, the 2 biscuits that came with breakfast but they only give you one butter and one jelly. Will not be back! I have never ordered a western omelette that salas was a side order. We wanted to support a family owed business but unfortunately we were very disappointed 😞

Very sorry you were unhappy! We do give one salsa with the meal if requested, but u had requested 6, and that’s why there was going to be the extra charge. The one butter and jelly was a mistake by a new kitchen person, as the sales clerk had mentioned, and did give you more. Horrible customer service.
THE BEST for holiday cookies. Always a hit! I called ahead with my order, and they had everything packaged so nicely! No matter how busy, I have never experienced anyone stressed or unfriendly. A rarity these days. Well worth the trip and supporting Illinois!
