Our party of 3 waited 40 minutes for our reservation. We were finally seated after a generous tip was offered. The margarita ordered on the rocks was served frozen. After being sent back, it was presented again as frozen. We ordered speciality entrees. We never received sweet potato chips even though they were offered, and we requested often. We were there for a 5:30 reservation and we are seated in the bar that was incredibly loud and we have children clearly that should not be in a bar. The main dining room was over half empty yet we were told by the hostess this was the only table available. When the reservation was made it was made clear we were celebrating a LSU graduation and our server would be made aware.
