We've lived here for 2 years. My husband has been approached in his car by a man asking for "ice" and my dog found a questionable baggie on the ground. However, maintenance is awesome and they are right on top of repairs. There are a lot of decent people here. Every complex has a few bad eggs. If you choose to live here, I strongly advise cameras at both entrances. It's just smart. It's very dog friendly. I think there's one or two in nearly every condo. The walls are kinda thin. Hello I have had the pleasure of working with Alexus and Bill and I must say 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!! They are so patient and understanding and they have the best attitude!!! Absolutely love it here ! It’s a very clean and quiet environment.To top off the nice environment the manager (Alexis) is definitely my favorite part. Very professional and such a nice person. Not only did she move really fast with getting us in our new place but her communication and the way she welcomed us was definitely top notch.
