We've lived here for 2 years. My husband has been approached in his car by a man asking for "ice" and my dog found a questionable baggie on the ground. However, maintenance is awesome and they are right on top of repairs. There are a lot of decent people here. Every complex has a few bad eggs. If you choose to live here, I strongly advise cameras at both entrances. It's just smart. It's very dog friendly. I think there's one or two in nearly every condo. The walls are kinda thin. Absolutely love it here ! It’s a very clean and quiet environment.To top off the nice environment the manager (Alexis) is definitely my favorite part. Very professional and such a nice person. Not only did she move really fast with getting us in our new place but her communication and the way she welcomed us was definitely top notch.
Look Elsewhere! This place is a pig wearing lipstick. It seems great when you tour. Spacious pantry, huge closets, cute lake. Then you move in and the reality sets in. Pest problems are a big deal here (our appliances were even infested)! The office will say it never happens, but do your research and you'll learn that this is the norm for many that live here.
