Nice day for patio seating but those tables are not comfortable. We finally got our drinks (wrong drinks) but waiting forever for chips. I think we will be crossing the bridge for Plaza Azteca next time.
Good food and good drinks, what more do you need? I always have a great time here.

Worst trip here tonight. Definitely is not the same from since Juan has not been at this location as in the past. Customer service obviously is not a priority here anymore. Quality overall is not the same. This used to be my favorite place for dinner and now I don’t know if I’ll be coming back. Poor management! Wish I could give zero stars because this is not the first time we’ve experienced this.

Juan's in Gloucester is one of our favorites. Always good food and service. My 'go to' for Mexcican food. Dee is a great waitress!
