I absolutely love Juanita and Gabby — both are incredibly talented and experienced! Juanita originally came from a Dominican hair salon in NYC and brought her expertise down South MANY years ago. Increíble Atencio y ambiente súper bello
Very unprofessional. Arrived on time for our scheduled appointment to find that the person/tech inside wouldn’t open the door for us. I politely knocked on the door to get her attention and she wouldn’t even get out of her seat to talk to us and let us know what was going on. Not sure if it was a scheduling mistake on their end but once again they could’ve taken the appropriate measures to call us or talk to us and let us know instead of having us stand outside for umpteen minutes.
