I'm extremely disappointed with my experience today. I placed an order for a deluxe gift basket (totaling $65, including an extra charge for a balloon) that was supposed to be ready by 3:00 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, the basket wasn't ready. The person responsible for preparing it only arrived about 30 minutes before the store closed and immediately started rushing through the order without acknowledging me, much less offering an apology.
