If I could add zero stars… I would. Juana messed my hair up she nearly damaged my hair and someone else had to fix her mess!! I asked for a dark brown and she ended up bleaching my hair and telling me I need to do something else besides WHAT I WANTED. She first said she could do it, until she ended up bleaching my hair and freestyling. Had to go get married the next day so I wasn’t trying to spend much after she ended up charging me $400 for THIS.

I went at the end of February for a wash and press after not using heat on my hair for 3–4 years following a big chop. I called ahead and was quoted $50, but ended up being charged $100 total, $15 for a deep conditioner and $15 for a trim $20 because my hair WAS natural and thick. None of this was clearly communicated upfront. When I arrived, I waited about an hour before being seen because only one stylist was working which was Juana. Ms. Juana ate down on my hair for my birthday!!!! She was so professional and extremely sweet and kind! I would definitely recommend her for future clients!
