The lady was very rough with my hair I came in to get my hair cut into a bob; she continually pulled and tugged and pushed my head around as if she was angry, she didn’t know how to cut a bob I explained how short I wanted my job over and over and she eventually got upset and kept over talking me and proceeded to flat iron my hair and burned my ear completely 3rd degree burn she had no sympathy or remorse for what she had done and walked away from me after she finished flat ironing my hair. Beautiful salon
I’m here now. I came here because it’s up the street from my house. But usually I go to a shop in Marietta. The whole process was rushed. I get the roller set. She blow dryed my hair while it was still wet. My hair smells burnt. My hair was holding heat burning my scalp. The flat iron process was even less than 10 minutes. And also kept biting my scalp.
