Juana burned my face and still expected a payment . I asked for a trim and left out with a slanted uneven bob . I’ve been going to Juana since a teenager her services “USED” to be absolutely wonderful but now her work has gotten very unprofessional . She’s always talking on the phone while using flat irons . I’m not sure if Juana was too full from the meal she cooked and ate while I was under the dryer but you can’t allow just anybody to touch your hair .
By far the BEST Dominican Hair Salon in Decatur! You are treated like family, great service, clean and professional! A hidden gem. No complaints on the prices of services received. I’ll definitely return.
I attempted to go here Thursday, April 3, around 4:00 pm, and they were closed despite their hours showing they are open until 6:00 pm. I recommend updating your hours on Google.
The lady was very rough with my hair I came in to get my hair cut into a bob; she continually pulled and tugged and pushed my head around as if she was angry, she didn’t know how to cut a bob I explained how short I wanted my job over and over and she eventually got upset and kept over talking me and proceeded to flat iron my hair and burned my ear completely 3rd degree burn she had no sympathy or remorse for what she had done and walked away from me after she finished flat ironing my hair.
