They are working for more than a month for my eyeglasses. Been there april and its almost june. The ladies who answered my calls keep on telling that its still in the lab. They have no sense of urgency. No problem with Dr. Trejo but the services is so poor. They should have a timeline for every customer for their eyeglasses to pick up.

Giving 1 star because of how poorly they handled the billing for my wife's glasses. Not only did they ignore my wife's name on the insurance, but they ignored the insurance company I gave them to look up. Both were given to them before the appointment. They had an employee who hasn't worked for them in 2yrs perform the eye exam, which didn't include eye dilation, and handle the billing. What's worse is she only works 2 days out of the week, and she has to be the one to contact the insurance company she actually billed, which... read more
