They messed up my brakes on a 2013 Lexus I took the car back they didn’t even look at the brakes . I had to pay another shop to fix their mistake.
Juan is a poor business owner. He sold one of my deliver drivers a tire knowing fully well that the van’s factory lug nuts wouldn’t work. Instead of giving us the lug nuts that came with the tire he told us to go to o’Reilly and that they would help us. If you are in a tight spot and need someone who knows what they are doing and will not rip you off… I suggest you don’t trust your time or money with Juan.
Dropped my car off for repair, was told it would be 2hrs and someone would call. Hours go by with no call so I come back to see what’s going on. The entire shop Is closed, my car is sitting in the open with the windows down. & No one is answering any of the phone numbers. This so unprofessional. Now I’m just stuck, and my car windows are down and of course the techs have the key. Oh yea, it’s Saturday evening and they’re closed on Sunday.
