I definitely got scammed here sold me two used tires for $250 when it should probably e $160 max, he said the tires were “new” clearly used I went home and thought about it and I was like dammit I overpaid, Be cautious and read the reviews they aren’t lying.
They are terrible, I referred my sister and grandmother and both they cars was messed up, my sister car they put the brakes on backwards and with my grandmother car they put the brakes on upside down. Now when I tried to call the they wanna play dumb and now they don’t speak English. It’s okay, since I was the one to refer, I decided to help my grandmother who’s on a fixed income and help her with her $400 bill to get her car fixed. Terrible I will never refer anybody else here. Not for a tire, a plug, brakes NOTHING
LOVE this place! We had a tire issue and were traveling from out of state. Called Juan Tire Center and he put a new tire on for us right when we pulled in and got us back on the road in no time!
They messed up my brakes on a 2013 Lexus I took the car back they didn’t even look at the brakes . I had to pay another shop to fix their mistake.
Juan is a poor business owner. He sold one of my deliver drivers a tire knowing fully well that the van’s factory lug nuts wouldn’t work. Instead of giving us the lug nuts that came with the tire he told us to go to o’Reilly and that they would help us. If you are in a tight spot and need someone who knows what they are doing and will not rip you off… I suggest you don’t trust your time or money with Juan.
