Giving 1 star due to the fact that Juan has been extremely unprofessional and rude since him and his business started the process of renting the three-unit building myself and my family are currently renting. Juan had called my fiancée unannounced while we were away taking care of family matters on the date of a showing. As soon as she picked up, Juan went into firing off questions asking where we were and if we were close to let in the people who were viewing the unit.
