My fiancé was operated on by dr Sarmiento ( whipple - no cancer found) . He never recovered and suffered for 4 months after the surgery before he passed on 12/24/2022 . The chemo to help me quickly began to attack my liver. Chemo ingredients were halted. Long story shortened- Dr. Sarmiento is a loving, wonderful surgeon. I am now free of cancer !!

This man should lose his medical license. He is reckless and he abandons his patients as soon as he is done cutting. He has absolutely no right to continue to practice medicine.
