I went to the salon for the first time and the only thing I liked that Juan. R. did to my hair was my hair cut because the color job he performed was off. Did not turned out to be what I requested, at all. I was not completely satisfied!! He knew although he gave me the impression he wanted to forcibly make me believe that it did when we were both able to see clear that the job he performed was way too far from what I had asked him to do. My sisters and I love going to Juan’s Salon . He always does an amazing job and has the best customer service! He’s one of the best hairdressers in Austin !

Juan Romero did a beautiful job touching up my bangs and hair. He took his time and was very thorough and kind. I’m happy to call him my new hair stylist. :) very happy with the service.

My family and I have been going to Juan for more than 15 years. He is a master class professional and such a wonderful big hearted person but also straight forward when voicing his recommendations as to not damage your hair. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You won’t be disappointed. PS: pic doesn’t give it justice.
