Lack of waiting the last couple times I’ve been on.
Informative as well as excellent performance of scheduled procedure.
I checked in online and filled out all info. When I arrived, on time for my appointment, I asked reception staff if I was all checked in and if there was anything else they needed from me and they told me I was “all set.” 45 minutes later, after watching people who came after me called in, I asked again if I was all checked in. This time they told me I had to sign in. The online check in process is a complete waste of time.
Visit was very timely, when i was on a limited schedule. Professional, friendly, concerned, perfect!!
The doctor was friendly immediately and I could tell he was very professional by the questions he asked and treatment options available should I meed them. I felt I was being understood and would recommend him without a doubt.
