Great service. Except I’ve called a few times since last week for a concern for my fathers heart. I’ve left various messages and the operator says they will call back. My mother father and I are still waiting on a call back. No voicemail either. Not sure if they care very much?
I wish I had the same experience as some of the reviewers had. My complaint is that consultation time with Dr. Cordova was very short, he seemed rushed. Also, I received some concerning test results almost 1 mo prior to a followup consultation so I called twice to talk to his assistant about them. No one has since called me back. Efficient communication with this practice is lacking.
Can you please check your voicemail? My mom has left many Voice Mail since Monday she has not received a phone call. I would appreciate it very much. I called the after hours and they told me to take my dad to the ER. I hope I don’t have to go to that extent because no one from this office is calling me back.
Dr Cordova is very detailed and takes the time to explain complicated issues so you can understand. Always has the patient’s best interest at heart.
