I have a 90 year old mother who needs help with her follow up appointments. Dr. Otero yelled at me and threw me out of his office. All he complained is that "he did not like my voice" I am the daughter and my mom had lots of questions during her visit. Yet the following day I asked her how she resolved her issues, and she did not have any answers. I still don't know where to take her to her PT. She has had an order lingering for 2-1/2 weeks now.
