Updated Review to now add experience as a seller: We hired Juan again to be our agent now as a seller. He as usual went above and beyond assisting us. Excellent communication, always responding in a timely manner and making sure we understood every step of the process. I’ve known Juan since the 80’s. We’ve stayed in touch mainly because he’s such a good networker, and his hobby was my profession. When I needed to sell my place in Boston I didn’t know how to hire a realtor being as it was the first time I needed to sell real estate, so I called him. I cannot say enough about Juan and his team. We were lucky to get introduced to him by friends and are so grateful. This being our first purchase, and not being familiar with the process, it was a blessing to have Juan as our real estate agent. He was great in explaining the process to us and in helping us navigate the real estate world, especially at a time where the market was not good.
