Juan was excellent in helping me purchase my first home in spring 2025. He answered all of my many questions about the purchasing and closing process and helped me negotiate a good price for my home and a closing timeline that suited my needs. I am very happy with Juan’s work and my new home!

Updated Review to now add experience as a seller: We hired Juan again to be our agent now as a seller. He as usual went above and beyond assisting us. Excellent communication, always responding in a timely manner and making sure we understood every step of the process. I’ve known Juan since the 80’s. We’ve stayed in touch mainly because he’s such a good networker, and his hobby was my profession. When I needed to sell my place in Boston I didn’t know how to hire a realtor being as it was the first time I needed to sell real estate, so I called him.
