Girl taking the booking on the phone was rude. I specifically booked a physical bc he shows up as a primary care doctor on Aetna’s site. Turns out they don’t do physicals there nor would I expect an urology office to do so. Bummer that they get one star for the front desk being rude and uninformed.
Difficulty verifying appointment with Dr Montoya. Front desk staff was rude! I called left one message and they said they called and left message which I did not receive. Then when I asked her to verify the time she talked down to me stating this is my 3rd contact today and I should know it. Not acceptable customer service and I said that I would expect courtesy even if I called 15 times. Not customer friendly contact for me and I will not be going there!
Dr.Montoya is my grandfathers doctor he just recently had a surgery and he is feeling amazing after this surgery doctor Montoya was so supportive during the pre surgical process and after the surgery as well we would recommend Dr. Montoya 100% he is very professional and very kind with his patients. My grandpa doesn’t speak English but Dr.Montoya always made sure he feels very comfortable and taken care of! Thank you Dr.Montoya and all the nurses!! Sincerely Dmitri Marciuc and family.
Dr Montoya was very professional and caring. My husband had serious prostate issues and it was so enlarged he could not urinate. Dr Montoya recomended robotic surgery and it went tremendously well. He feels better than he has in a long time. We would reccommend Dr Montoya to take care of anyone thank you
