I keep calling to make an appointment but no one answers the phone. Literally called thirty time, and once got automated services, but no luck through there because it asked me to leave a message to the doctor for a call back. It has been 3 days and no one has called me back.
Dr. Fernandez is phenomenal. Fantastic bedside manner, medical knowledge and expertise about everything and anything, peofessionalism, and cares about the wellbeing of his patients. Without him I don't know where I would be today. I've had a long ardous recovery over 3 years and he always made me feel safe and well taken cared of. His entire office team is also fantastic, Sheyla is a wonderful phlebotomist and nurse who is able to withdraw blood painlessly even from the thinnest most challenging veins (mine), she is patient ... read more
