My husband waited three months for an appointment with Dr. Juan Herrera, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite detailed complaints and symptoms explained during the visit, the doctor did not perform any physical examination at all. He did absolutely nothing except ordering a urine test — and that was the entire appointment. Dr. Herrera has gone above and beyond to provide both my wife and I excellent care. I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Dr. Herrera was honest with me that I was his first patient with CRPS at our first appointment. He took the time to learn and understand my condition. He even canceled a scheduled surgery (a biopsy) because he understood the risks associated with my condition and used other means to rule out cancer.
