Dr. Viles-Gonzalez has excellent communication skills and bedside manner. He was friendly from the beginning and reassuring with his medical explanations. Very good first impression.
The Dr is very nice and congenial. Answers all questions. His staff is easy to get along with. He and Dr Morytko (my Cardiologist), and my Primary (Dr Monge), make a terrific team.
