Wonderful experiences with Dr. Pepper over the years. But, working with his office staff mistakes and insurance claim mishaps has forced our family to seek medical care elsewhere.

I was referred to Dr Rozo by a cardiac specialist affiliated with Memorial Herman. That was the first indication of his expertise as Dr Rozo is affiliated with Houston Methodist. He immediately worked me up thoroughly and nailed the diagnosis. Fast forward about a year; I had a cardiac event that required immediate attention; left him a message with the answering service at 9PM, he called me back within 30 minutes and told me if I was admitted to the hospital he’d catch me on rounds the next morning. Doctor good staff goofing off i went because my doctor detected AFib doc caring ask questions he prescribed med insurance denied med they had prescribed new med I've been waiting a week for med's staff goofing off lied to me and my insurance sad would send med that day but didn't most times won't answer phone for no one so if you need meds to stay alive to bad you're dead staff doesn't care still get money didn't urn welfare staff rude lier's can't reliable don't keep there word staff on west mont thy are making him look bad... read more

Upgraded my cardiac device. Outstanding. A real super star.
First impressions are everything. The lady who answered the phone on 9/24 was very rude. Plus, they don't answer the phone for hours on end, and the voicemail is so generic you don't know whether to leave a message or not to make an appointment. He needs better staff (as others have pointed out), or you need to find another cardiologist. Funny how his line of profession would assist people to not be stressed, yet his office is a primary factor! Look elsewhere!
I went due to chest discomfort, I think its related to being diagnose with covid. Dr. Kalife listen to my concerns and or test. Haven't taken the test yet. But I did like the energy. I did get a good vibe. I didn't feel rush.
Dr. Pepper is a great cardiologists and specialize in defibrillator health. He is very patient, caring, and knowledgable. He takes his time and explain everything concerning my heart health. I have referred my family and friends to Dr. Pepper. I greatly appreciate Dr. Pepper and his staff for taking care of my health needs. Thank you
