We have requested the practice manager and staff to correct their phone and fax number with their insurance companies, especially WellCare. We have spoken to potential patients looking to schedule, but call the wrong numbers. This has been going on for 5 years now. Every day we have to void 3 to 5 referrals. Plus the numerous calls to our office. Please correct this big mistake in CAQH and other insurance sites for the well being of your future patients, plus the sanity of our practice dealing with this every day….
