I was not happy at all with my experience with this doctor. I waited over 6 months for an appointment and the day before even after date and time had been confirmed I was told that I no longer had an appointment at the town and country location instead they switched me to west Kendall location with out any notice. Even though this was very inconvenient went to the appointment. I also had made appointment with the doctor and was switched to the PA, Dr. Ramirez. He is truly an angel sent from heaven! The most human doctor I have ever met. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and even draws things out to make sure you fully understand. I’ve never felt more cared for and respected by a doctor. Highly recommend!
Mi Mamá se atiende con el Dr Ramírez un muy buen médico pero la atención de la clínica no es buena sobre todo para resorber algún problemas . Llamas y dejas mensajes y no te llaman . Lleve más de una semana para resorber una receta por la pérdida del sensor de mi mamá . El servicio al cliente es bien malo . . Te dan cualquier respuesta para salir de ti . Es bien estresante este sistema donde no puedes comunicarte directo con la oficina médica . Es pésimo
