Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.
