I had an inguinal hernia operation. The entire team, starting with Dr Ginzalez, his office (all) staff (Nancy), and the hospital crew all were: informative, pleasant, and thorough. They kept a lighthearted atmosphere. The Dr puts a smile on the circumstances. He has the touch, makes one smile, and puts one at ease. I'm grateful I was in their care. I felt safe and well cared for. Many thanks to all of you for the professionalism you demonstrated.
