Missy Berry is awesome!! I love my highlights and hairstyle. – I have to say that my salon experience with Missy Berry was awesome. She took the time to search for exactly the right highlight color to use on my hair. Additionally, she listened as I tried to indicate what kind of hairstyle I wanted. The overall end result was great! I left the salon feeling like a new woman. Go See ANGELA!!!! – I have naturally curly hair that i always wear straight that was in dire condition due me adjusting to the dry air here and over processing :( Angela managed to keep most my length and gave me a cute and easy to manage style. :D I got tons of compliments and my hair looks and feels 100x better. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!!
Great haircut, personalized service! – My husband and I both got hair cuts from Missy Berry and I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Missy listened to what I wanted and helped me to find a style that works for my usually "boring" hair. My husband's hair looks terrific and I think I finally convinced him of the importance of a good haircut. The salon was very nice and the receptionist was very friendly. I will definately be a repeat customer!
Bad response from owner or manager after messing up!!! – I was astonished to see the response that Jua salon wrote after reading about the nightmare that a client had. They did NOT take responsibility AT ALL! They said I'm sorry that you were not 100% satisfied! 100% ? try not even 2%!!! The stylist obviously messed up and apparently the owner or manager tried to "save face"! Not a good business choice to NOT take responsibility! Disappointed reader!
Heads up people - Michael Eatmon is no longer at Jua - he's at Henry's Salon Uptown! – Just in case you hadn't gotten the word - Michael Eatmon - my favorite stylist - has moved to Henry's Salon in Uptown! Great Highlightes!! – I came to Jua for my first time for highlightes and saw Chelsea. She did an excellent job! She was very sweet and knew exactly what she was doing. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair and she was able to make suggestions and follow through. My hair turned out great and I will definitely be back to see her!!! Thanks Chelsea!!!!!
Melanie Raykin best stylist ever!!!!!!! – INCREDIBLY TALENTED!!! Melanie Raykin is amazing stylist. Melanie did the best color I've ever had! I guess that is why she's the color specialist. You can tell that she really loves to do hair. I strongly recommend her to anyone that wants awesome, fun hair. I've never had a stylist be so dead on the money when I explain what I want. I LOVE my hair. I love my color and specially my cut. Thanks Melanie R
Best stylist ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Erin Templeton has been my stylist for over a year now. Finding the right words to explain how great she is impossible. She listens to her clients and gives the best advice on anything you need. From haircuts to highlights, she is the person to do the job right.
