Really shady and un honest business. The employees are hostile. They claimed to have replaced a part on my car and they never did
Went to this establishment with my 2020 C8. It has custom wheels with wheel locks. Unfortunately I lost the device to remove them for wheel replacements. They were able to get the locks off and install new ones. Saved the day. Definitely will be back for new wheels and tires for my H2. Thanks guys.
Came here to get my lowering springs installed and it was done super quick and on the spot. Only draw back is that my front left strut mount was reinstalled backwards resulting in it being damaged (either from driving on it or from the tech dropping it multiple times when installing the springs onto the strut). Took it to SoCal suspension to see what the clunking was from my front left wheel and thats what they said. I now need to replace my strut mount. Came in today for new wheels and tires - honestly I couldn’t be happier with the overall service I received today from Joe @ JTW. I highly recommend this place - they have good prices and financing available - so that’s always a plus for me! I will be highly recommending this shop to friends and family! thank you! ☺️
