There horrible, do not rent from them, ceiling leaks in the kitchen, basement leaks, air dont work right and been trying to get ahold of luann and just get ignored, we had black mold last year and they didn't care my husband had to actually fix the problem, there horrible and we should get together and do something about all this, I don't live there thank god but I have family that does and I'm sick of them being treated this way, they've never been late on rent in the 4yrs they've lived there and she keeps her house spotles... read more
SLUM LORDS.... this is the worst people k have ever rented from. They are slow to fix any thing that needs repaired. Went almost a week without hot water. When we moved in the carpet was disgusting and when we moved out we were charged for the carpeting. The office manager hung up on me when ever I tried to get an explanation. I would stay away from these people and document everything!
