I took my Sorento in for service in June and was told the rack and piñon was going bad. I took it back mid August for repairs at which time I was told it needed some type of bearings and tire sensors. I paid $1400. Approximately a month later the vehicle was still having the same issues. My daughter drives this vehicle to college therefore I had to wait till she came back home to take it back in. If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst service department I've ever had to deal with and will not be going back. Every staff member I've dealt with - both in person and on the phone - is rude and unwilling to help. The staff makes blanket statements like "I can't help you with that" without any further explanation or willingness to help resolve the matter.
