Extremely negligent service. I brought my car in for an oil change, and on my way home the vehicle suddenly lost power on the interstate. The check engine and low oil pressure lights came on, and I had to get the car towed back to the shop. Their technicians failed to properly secure components after the oil change, which caused all of the engine oil to drain out while I was driving. This put me in a dangerous situation and could have caused severe engine damage. I would not trust this service station with my vehicle again
Clayton was amazing as a salesman! The service department is kind and offer quick service. Highly recommended.
Don't get an oil change here it takes as long as buying a car
I went into JT Kia in an absolute pinch of a situation. They had me in and out with a test drive of an even better deal than I initially went in for. Everyone there wasn't looking at me like a sale tag and went above and beyond to assist. I won't buy from anyone else ever
My vehicle was brought in because of the clutch. After being at JT Kia's service for 3 days, the car was burglarized and the steering column was broken because the doors were left unlocked. After talking with them and letting them know they were responsible for any damages, they agreed to fix the column. They were suppose to fix the clutch, but told us it was a smaller part.
