Don't get an oil change here it takes as long as buying a car
I went into JT Kia in an absolute pinch of a situation. They had me in and out with a test drive of an even better deal than I initially went in for. Everyone there wasn't looking at me like a sale tag and went above and beyond to assist. I won't buy from anyone else ever
My vehicle was brought in because of the clutch. After being at JT Kia's service for 3 days, the car was burglarized and the steering column was broken because the doors were left unlocked. After talking with them and letting them know they were responsible for any damages, they agreed to fix the column. They were suppose to fix the clutch, but told us it was a smaller part. Dallas did a wonderful job of taking care of our needs. Excellent service department with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Service was completed in a timely manor. We highly reccomend them to our friends and family.
I took my Sorento in for service in June and was told the rack and piñon was going bad. I took it back mid August for repairs at which time I was told it needed some type of bearings and tire sensors. I paid $1400. Approximately a month later the vehicle was still having the same issues. My daughter drives this vehicle to college therefore I had to wait till she came back home to take it back in.
