Buying a new vehicle from JTs in Lexington,SC was a very good experience. The salesman was keenly experiences with the vehicle, awarded me a test drive unaccompanied, and answered every question I had concerning the vehicle. Great deals and great customer service!
I do NOT recommend this dealership at all! Found a Jeep Cherokee that was used and was given a price of 23,990 and then after we go there to test drive and started talking numbers they tried telling the selling price was 27,000 and wait where did that price come from. He started back tracking and saying he was unable to tell what the internet price was! That’s a bunch of bull! All the things you have to do in relation to the purchase is very lengthy, especially for a 74 year old who has arthritis and pain. Somehow the time needs to be shorten. A more comfortable seating and offering of a drink would make the experience better due to the length of the process.
