DO NOT Use these clowns for U HAUL. I reserved a trailer for 8am pick up and left at 9 never seeing an employee. they didn't bother to show up to even open the store, not even for there dyno guy to finish the install. as we were waiting in the parking lot with the guy. screwed my plans up for the day but I got $50 off the trailer as U haul stood behind there guarantee.
Theyve installed 5 car starters for me 2 systems speakers trailor digital breaks amongst many things. Nothing but great work and great service. I would reccomend them to any one.
Absolutely will never take anything there again! Terrible customer service. Took a truck there for automatic start with smart start quoted one price on the phone, then we take it up their and they want almost 150 more than the quoted price then called the next day when they were working on it and wanted more money. They were suppose to leave the keys in it because we could not make it there before they closed drove all the way up there which is about 40 minutes to find no keys in the vehicle and the vehicle unlocked. Today would make 3 1/2 days that they have my golf cart to put lights under the body and they yet to have it done and we had a time set up. I called to check on it and the guy got crabby at me for calling to see if it was done yet.
Rented a U-Haul and total was $141 and most of that was paid as deposit when getting the keys. About a year and a half later i get a notice saying that I owe the Credit Bureau $141 from when we rented the U-Haul even though that isnt possible because of the deposit.... Credit ruined and so fourth... Can't rent U-Haul when i needed it again....
