Mr. Turner took great personal care in the design & delivery of a very special ring to mark the occasion of my father’s 100th birthday. As the schedule was tight, he worked with me up to the last minute & delivered the piece, because we had some 11 relatives arriving to SATX airport & my schedule was blown. Jim stepped up with his usual folksy manner and volunteered to deliver the piece — hit it out of the park! Thanks a lot Jim, and Dad is wearing the ring right now! Kind regards, Keith
