Arrived early for estimate appointment. Hired for the job. Completed job the same day.
They were great, got it done in three hours.
Did not finish the job, I am missing one post cap.
Excellent workmanship and value.
When he gave a written estimate, and we talked about length of the fence I told him it was approximately 100 ft. but I had not, measured it. He did not measure it either. Installation day comes, and he discovers it is an additional 20 to 30ft. and wants another $800. We do not have that lying around. Our stimulus check paid for our fence, and we have a fixed income. We purchased a new house in Lakewood and it was in dire need of a new roof. After interviewing and getting proposals from 6+ roofing contractors, we chose JT Roofing. Absolutely love these guys and JT is an honest, hard working and great businessman to work with. He opted to start our roof on a Sunday, due to historic rains this winter and not very many available days to work on a roof. The roof was completed in 2 days and it looks great and well done.
