AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS. My family called them out to clear out a kitchen drain. We were quoted $439 for drain clear for a non-commercial property. Not great, but whatever. They sent out a guy and we were told that there would have to be pipes replaced, but no extensive drywall work. Okay. Another tech comes out, was told that we were quoted for the wrong pipe, and that it would be an additional 1500 dollars on top of the 2200 dollars quoted… just for a drain clear. SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS! The cost for a flex hose (for a standard home gas range) should NOT be more than the cost of a BRAND NEW HIGH END GAS STOVE. Period. The literal cost JT was attempting to charge me for a standard flex hose was over $700.00. This was JUST the cost for the hose. NO LABOR, NO CALL fee. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE, can seek out flex hose prices and figure it out themselves. Decent company, got the job done. I appreciate that. I was in a pinch and needed to have guest bathroom functional. I had two sinks I needed snaked. Only did one. Expensive 4700 for their package deal and a new vanity in my half bath. 439 to snake a drain. Over 700 for the two. I feel like it should of been half the price and for the time it took the guy to snake the drain he could spent 10 extra minutes and just done the other one.
