10 am appt as called day before to make sure they had it on lot. Arrived given a chair and we sat there for 35 minutes before sales person reappeared with van. gas tank on E. In our two mile test drive long enough to hear clunky shifts and experience no ac along with obvious signs of being repainted. ($899 paperwork fee) no thank youÂ
I called about a 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser and spoke to Irish who was extremely polite and accommodating but unfortunately wasn't in sales. She had a salesman Abraham Holmes call me and I was totally appalled. The price of the vehicle 28k and when I asked about why the engine cover was missing Abraham Holmes salesman became very defensive and downright rude. He said it doesn't come with one which isn't true then said he looked the part up 65.00. His response is why are you complaining about this vehicle not having the engine... read more
