Keith was awesome. Was looking for a A to B vehicle and saw a hybrid fusion with low miles. Unfortunately I wasn’t completely sold and Keith didn’t mind, or push me to buy. Before leaving, I saw a ford SUV and asked about that, Keith without hesitation got me the keys and answered all and any questions I had. Even took a few hundred off for me. Happy with my purchase, felt like I was treated fairly and given good service. Would recommend shopping here and asking for Keith.
I’m very pleased with my experience with JT Auto Sales. My salesman was Desmond - he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. His response times were great with any questions I had and he made the paperwork process so smooth and easy. Great team there that are in sync with one another - I even asked the mechanic questions and he was on site and able to answer my inquiries. We came in ready to buy a vehicle with cash in hand and asked for the $899 doc fee to be removed. When I brought it up, they acted like I was crazy for even asking. I was told it was a “very low” fee even though in North Carolina, most dealers charge less. On top of that, I noticed they had multiple other fees listed on the wall, which they conveniently left off my quote likely because I had already called them out. Desmond was very professional and efficient. Listened to our concerns and addressed all issues in timely manner. Good, fast service. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Now after the sale. My car needed all four tires balanced and Firestone couldn't get one tire off so said take back to dealership. I left voicemail for Desmond and couple texts.
