Keith at JT auto group in Sanford was the absolute best! I went there with 2 vehicles in mind, and with a pre approval from a lender. I picked the vehicle i wanted. Keith was very knowledgeable about each one. We started the paperwork process only to find out my lender gave me the run around. It took all day to get the financing completely figured out. Received a call to check out a vehicle I was told was available. Showed up ready to move forward, but the car wasn’t there—initially said to be in maintenance, later found out it had been sold. Staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, but the overall process felt scattered, with attention divided among multiple customers.”
