I was seeking cost estimates for some stained and worn carpets in several rooms of an office that is several years old. I left a voicemail and Julian called me back the same day. He was very thorough in identifying my needs and setting proper expectations for what he could do for me. He was also able to work with any scheduling needs that I wanted. Mr Percival went above my expectations, I assumed there be some damage left over from my neglect but he brought it back to life. Im greatly appreciative of the work he put in. Seriously he has great pride in his work and at an affordable price. Will call again in future
We’ve used Julian Percival’s services before and recently had him clean the carpet’s at my mother-in-law’s home. Julian didn't disappoint!! Her carpets look as clean and fresh as the day they were installed! Highly recommend Julian services and we are having him come do our carpets and upholsted furniture in a few weeks.
