Quality of the product was good, I'm satisfied with that; however, I'd ordered it back in June and nothing shipped for weeks. I'd call in for updates (never received any proactive contact from their end) and would be told it's parts delays, should be shipping soon. I'd check back in periodically and same story, we're getting it in soon and will ship. Finally after more than two months (and again no outgoing contact ever from their end) it did finally ship. I ordered a ceiling mounted shower curtain unit on line, once I ordered I had a few questions. When I called I actually got either the owner or 1 of the owners. Very Nice and super helpful!!! I wish all companies could take it back to a time before AI and actually have a real conversation. Great product, excellent quality and real people to talk too!!!

Shower rods.com was the only place that I could find on line that had the polished nickel tension rod. The shower rod came quickly and is excellent quality. Our contractor was impressed with the quality and the tension. I am so happy with the company and my purchase.
