I don’t normally write reviews, but I couldn’t not in this case. I can’t believe any of this even just happened today. So my water heater was acting up, couldn’t keep the water hot more than a minute or two. I had another company come out this morning and they told me I would need an entirely new unit, they quoted me $5400. I was super bummed because who has $5400 laying around. James came to my house for a service call and quickly fixed the leak I had in my bathroom. He also fixed a problem I was having with my dishwasher. He was super respectful and professional! I will definitely use JSH Mechanical again in the future.
JSH installed a tankless water heater for us. James also added gas line for our new range. We can now enjoy the benefits of both! James also installed a new hvac package unit for my parents. Great service from start to finish!
James was quick to respond to my initial request for help with my hvac unit , he was able to come out and take a look at my unit that evening after another job and was able to perform a diagnosis and fix in under an hour. He followed back up the next day and did some of the regularly required maintenance to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues in the foreseeable future but he only charged me for the initial evening repair.
