I had J's out twice. once to remove two moderate sized spruces near our pool and the other to remove a huge maple that was in arms length of both our shed and fence. They were polite, courteous and professional from the time they showed up to give us an estimate right throught to both jobs being done. Their prices are very resonable and the work was top notch. Both jobs were challenging with limited access and room to work but the got them both done quickly, cheerfully and with no collateral damage. My highest recommendation... read more
We are very disappointed, with J’s service. We called Monday for an estimate and was told two days. We followed up on Thursday and was assured they would be out on Friday and email the estimate. The estimate still hasn’t been received. We had two other companies keep their word, neither one was local though. We wanted to support a local business, but I guess J’s doesn’t care.
