Good luck getting anyone to be up front with you and not waste your time. Check the reviews of their properties also, you’ll find they all have the exact opposite of what their core values state. That’s due to them passing up amazing Community Managers for individuals who don’t know what they’re doing and are concistantly having to get new people on these properties. Plus side is I dodged a bullet!
I am a current tenant at one of their properties and they are always super responsive to my requests! Not something you see with other management companies
